I'm Caroline Barrett, the proud owner and operator of Mommy Run, an errand running service founded in 2019. My deepest motivation for establishing this company stems from a genuine passion for enabling busy parents to reclaim their invaluable time and simplify their daily lives. From an early age, I've consistently been drawn to supporting others, often being the trusted resource for friends seeking assistance with various tasks, from pet-sitting to general errands. This innate drive made the launch of Mommy Run a natural and deeply fulfilling progression.

My journey in providing dedicated support services began in 2016 with Barwood Concierge. This previous venture focused on non-medical senior care, where I gained extensive experience assisting clients with essential tasks such as errands, grocery shopping, laundry, and providing companionship. This foundational experience was instrumental in shaping the personalized and compassionate service philosophy that defines Mommy Run today.

Beyond Mommy Run, I am also a certified recovery coach and the founder of "Sober Me," an initiative dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to sobriety. Balancing these two endeavors allows me to contribute to my community in diverse and impactful ways, reflecting my commitment to holistic well-being.

Having personally navigated the demanding landscape of parenting, I profoundly understand how overwhelming daily life can become, often making true balance seem elusive. This understanding is precisely why Mommy Run exists—to serve as that essential extra set of hands, empowering families to maintain their routines and manage their households with greater ease. In our fast-paced society, everyone benefits from reliable support, and I am unwavering in my dedication to providing just that.
