I’m Caroline Barrett, and I founded Mommy Run in 2019 to help busy parents reclaim their time. My passion for supporting others started early, evolving from helping friends with pet-sitting to launching my first concierge business in 2016. That foundation in personalized, compassionate care is the heart of everything I do today.

As a Certified Recovery Coach and founder of Sober Me as well, I am equally dedicated to guiding individuals through their sobriety journeys. Whether I’m acting as a much-needed "extra set of hands" for a local family or providing recovery support, my goal is to foster a healthier, more balanced community.

I am proud to serve Burlington and the surrounding areas, and I look forward to helping you simplify your daily life for years to come.
